President & CEO

With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Len Sabatini has led key operations and developed plans for catastrophic events. His role includes overseeing all claims operations at Urban Advantage. Len is passionate about traveling and enjoys spending time with his family.

Fernando Alives

Executive Vice President & CMO

Fernando Alives brings over 25 years of experience in insurance marketing and distribution leadership. He has worked on international projects and led major technological advancements in the insurance industry. He enjoys spending time with his family and is a proud Argentine immigrant.

Mason Harris

Vice President of Marketing

With over 18 years in the insurance industry, Mason Harris specializes in strategic sales and relationship management. A former college athlete, he now enjoys sports and spending time with his family. Mason plays a key role in Urban Advantage’s growth and expansion in personal and commercial lines markets.

Karen Schultz joined Urban Advantage in 2018, bringing 26 years of leadership experience. Her creative and collaborative approach inspires her team to deliver exceptional service. Karen is also an active supporter of community organizations through her volunteer work.
